Welcome! This blog is designed specifically for students in "20th Century Social Movements in Women's Studies" to post their thoughts, musings, music, visual archives, and approaches to analyzing how we understand the ways social movements in the United States serve as foundations for Women's Studies as an academic field. Specifically, we will engage women's leadership roles, experiences, and philosophies that shaped the anti-lynching movement, the labor movement, the peace movement, queer/lesbian movements, and the reproductive justice movement in an effort to contribute to the communities of public intellectuals that reclaim and build historical archives for marginalized peoples/their ideas.
